The CNDH Digital Library is intended for researchers, human rights professionals and the general public. It is not designed for children under 13 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect data from this age group. If we discover that a child's data has been collected without parental consent, we will delete it immediately.
We may update this policy periodically to reflect legal or technical changes. Any amendments will be published on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. We recommend reviewing this page regularly.
Continued use of the application after any amendment is published constitutes implicit acceptance of the updated policy.
