The National Council for Human Rights (CNDH) is committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring the confidentiality of your information. This policy explains how the CNDH Digital Library application collects, uses and protects your data.

By using the application, you agree to the terms set out in this policy. If you do not agree with any provision, please stop using the application.

Process your queries through our AI search system (RAG) to find answers from CNDH documents.

Diagnose technical issues and ensure application stability.
Respond to technical support requests you submit personally.

We will NEVER use your data to:

Commercial or advertising purposes.
Sell or rent to any third party.
Build user profiles or track user behavior.

Data Transfer & Security

HTTPS encrypted: All communications between the app and our servers are encrypted with TLS 1.3. Nothing is sent over an unencrypted connection.
Railway Servers: Data is hosted on Railway's platform in data centers compliant with ISO 27001 standards.
No sensitive local storage: The app does not retain any sensitive data on your device.
Restricted access: Only authorized CNDH technical staff can access data.

The CNDH Digital Library is intended for researchers, human rights professionals and the general public. It is not designed for children under 13 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect data from this age group. If we discover that a child's data has been collected without parental consent, we will delete it immediately.
